RemoteSearch is a hosted multiple Web site search facility developed by Magus Research as part of a suite of services for international corporations and organisations with global Web site operations.
Since launching the service in 1997 RemoteSearch has built up a powerful track record and is currently used by many global 1000 corporations.
To reduce training costs during the expansion of the operation Magus Research commissioned Human-Computer Interface to produce a series of internal training manuals, documenting the processes involved in setting up a RemoteSearch facility for a new client and giving an overview of the operation of RemoteSearch.
Magus also commissioned Human-Computer Interface to produce a White Paper, to help market the service to a wider range of corporate clients.
